The RAM now serves as your personal assistant - recording every action you take with each resume.
Quickly Determine the Relevance of Each Resume
The RAM highlights your keywords (from your search string) in every resume. Quickly scan a resume, find your keywords, and determine if the candidate's skills are relevant to your needs.
Reduce Duplicate Effort
Sourcing candidates has always been a time consuming effort, primarily because it results in reviewing the same resumes multiple times. Before now, we’ve accepted this as a part of the process.
By aggregating all resumes into one database and recording every action with each resume, the RAM changes this process.
The RAM displays an icon next to each resume denoting:
- Viewed – You’ve already read this resume
- Email Sent – You’ve sent an Email to the candidate
- Emailed Out – You’ve Emailed the resume out of the RAM
- Uploaded to ATS*- You (or someone else within your organization) has already uploaded it to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
